The law firm was established in January, 1997. Prior to founding the firm, Don Proctor practiced for 25 years with Miles & Stockbridge, a large mid-Atlantic law firm where he served as chairman of the firm's commercial litigation department, a member of the firm’s board of directors, chairman of the firm’s management committee and managing principal of the firm’s Towson, Maryland office.
Meg McKee, an experienced trial lawyer, joined the firm in 1999. She became a principal of the firm in 2003.
For nearly 40 years, the lawyers of Proctor & McKee, P.A. have concentrated their practices in complex litigation and appeals, including
